1. When the height of the window sill from the floor and the ground is lower than 0.90m, there should be protective facilities. If there is a balcony or platform outside the window, this restriction is not required. The clear height of the window sill or the height of the protective railing should be calculated from the treadable surface to ensure a clear height of 0.90m.
2. The outer windows and balcony doors on the ground floor, and the windows and doors whose lower edge is lower than 2m and are close to the corridor or the public roof, should take defensive measures.
3. Windows facing corridors or recesses should avoid line of sight interference. Sashes that open into the corridor should not obstruct traffic.
4. Residential doors should use security doors. Doors that open outwards should not obstruct traffic.
