Since 2007, the state promulgated the national energy conservation law "Energy Conservation Law" of my country's Ministry of Energy Conservation, and then promulgated a number of design standards and technical specifications for building energy conservation. The promulgation of all these standards and norms indicates that environmentally friendly and energy-saving products will become the direction of future development.
Improving the airtight performance of doors and windows is the key to energy saving of doors and windows. When we heat in winter or cool down through air conditioning in summer, a quarter of the energy is consumed through the gaps in doors and windows. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the airtight performance of doors and windows.
1. Improve the assembly quality of doors and windows. Minimize the assembly gap between door and window frames and adjacent components of the fan; leave an appropriate amount of matching gap between the frame and the fan; the amount of overlap between the frame and the fan is moderate; the sealing strips, wool strips, etc. No grooving, shrinkage, virtual pressure, etc.; reduce the butt joint gap of the bead foot.
2. Choose a good sealing material. The top specification is an important factor affecting the airtight performance of sliding doors and windows. If the top specification is too large or the vertical wool is too high, not only the assembly is difficult, but also the movement resistance of the door and window will increase, especially the initial resistance when opening and the closing resistance will be larger after the comparison; if the specification is too small or the height of the vertical wool is not enough, It is easy to fall out of the groove, which greatly reduces the sealing performance of doors and windows.
3. Use the main material with low thermal conductivity. It mainly includes frame and fan material profiles. The thermal conductivity of the material is small, and the energy loss is relatively small. Most of the glass adopts a hollow structure, and it is also common to stick a film or paint a film on the surface of the glass, all of which have played a non-negligible role in reducing energy loss.
