With the development of the economy, everyone's general awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection is increasing. Now when talking about doors and windows, we must talk about energy saving. Since aluminum-clad wood doors and windows not only have the natural and original characteristics of wood, but also integrate the corrosion resistance and anti-aging characteristics of aluminum alloy. And the thermal conductivity of wood is extremely low, making it the best among energy-saving doors and windows, so it is loved by more and more people. However, when a good aluminum-clad wood door and window goes from wood to finished product and then becomes a high-quality high-end door and window, what issues need to be paid attention to during the production process?
What issues need to be paid attention to when making aluminum-clad wood doors and windows?
1. Before cutting and welding, the profiles should be stored in an environment above 5℃ for 24 hours.
2. The welding process temperature and time should be appropriately increased based on the original welding process.
3. The length of the bead should be appropriate and should not be too long. Do not pursue a "tight fit" too much. Too long bead can easily cause cracks in the welding fillets or the bead can go out of grooves.
4. Use high-quality sealing strips that are still soft under low temperature conditions. Inferior rubber strips will harden at low temperatures and completely lose their elasticity, which will have a great impact on glass assembly.
5. The length of the aluminum slide rail is strictly prohibited to exceed the standard. The length of the aluminum slide rail should be about 2mm shorter than the inner opening size, leaving margin on both sides.
6. The installation of doors and windows on the wall, especially the assembly of glass battens, should be carried out in an environment above 5℃. When assembling glass beading, if the ambient temperature is low, it is recommended to make an insulating box and wrap the glass bead with an electric blanket to keep the temperature constant for a period of time before assembly.
7. When assembling the glass bead, if there is any jamming, check the size and specifications, and check the welding slag cleaning, the quality of the strip, etc. Do not knock it into place to cause damage to the welding fillet or glass.
